What you will need:

  • Mae Ploy Red Curry Paste (contains shrimp paste)
  • OR if you’re vegetarian, substitute above with Thai Kitchen Red Curry
  • 2 Chaokoh coconut milk cans
  • Bell Peppers (of a variety of colors of your choice)
  • Carrots
  • Radish
  • Cilantro
  • White or Brown Rice
  • Soft or Firm Tofu
